【摘要】:1.1Thisstandarddealswithpoweroperatedtemporarilyinstalledbuildershoists(referredtoas"hoists"inthisstandard)intendedforusebypersonswhoarepermittedtoentersitesofengineeringandconstruction,servinglandinglevels,havingaloadcarryingdevice:-designedforthetransportationofgoodsonly;-guided;-travellingverticallyoralongapathwithin15degreesmax.ofthevertical;-supportedorsustainedbydrumdrivenwirerope,chain,rackandpinion,hydraulicjack(directorindirect),oranexpandinglinkagemechanism;-wheremasts,whenerected,mayormaynotrequiresupportfromseparatestructures;-whichpermitstheaccessofinstructedpersonsduringloadingandunloading;-whicharedrivenbyappointedpersons;-whichpermits,ifnecessary,duringerection,dismantling,maintenanceandinspection,theaccessandtravelbypersonswhoarecompetentandauthorised.1.2Thestandardidentifieshazardsaslistedinclause4whichariseduringthevariousphasesinthelifeofsuchequipmentanddescribesmethodsfortheeliminationorreductionofthesehazardswhenusedasintendedbythemanufacturer.1.3ThisEuropeanstandarddoesnotspecifytheadditionalrequirementsfor:-operationinsevereconditions(e.g.extremeclimates,strongmagneticfields);-lightningprotection;-operationsubjecttospecialrules(e.g.potentiallyexplosiveatmospheres);-electromagneticcompatibility(emission,immunity);-handlingofloadsthenatureofwhichcouldleadtodangeroussituations(e.g.moltenmetal,acids/bases,radiatingmaterials,fragileloads);-theuseofcombustionengines;-theuseofremotecontrols;-hazardsoccurringduringmanufacture;-hazardsoccurringasaresultofmobility;-hazardsoccurringasaresultofbeingerectedoverapublicroad;-earthquakes;-noise.1.4Thisstandardisnotapplicableto-buildershoistsforpersonsandmaterials;-liftsaccordingtoEN81-1:1998,81-2:1998andEN81-3:2000;-inclinedhoistsaccordingtoEN12158-2-2000;-workcagessuspendedfromliftingappliances;-workplatformscarriedontheforksofforktrucks;-workplatforms;-funiculars;-liftsspeciallydesignedformilitarypurposes;-minelifts;-theatreelevators;-specialpurposelifts.
