【摘要】:ThisEuropeanStandardspecifiesalaboratoryprocedurefordeterminingthetransferefficiencyofatomisingandsprayingequipmentfortheapplicationofliquidcoatingmaterialsontoflatpanels.Asecondpart(tobeprepared)willcovercoatingmaterialapplicationtoothersubstrategeometriesandprovideamethodforthedeterminationoftransferefficiencyforatomisingandsprayingequipmentwithelectrostaticsupport.Thisstandardappliestothedeterminationofthetransferefficiencyofatomisingandsprayingequipment,suchas,butnotlimitedto:—conventionalairatomiser(highairpressure);—HVLP-atomiser(highvolumelowpressure);—LVLP-atomiser(lowvolumelowpressure);—airlessatomiser(hydraulicpressure);—airassistedairlessatomiser;—vibratoryorrotaryatomiser(bells);—electrostaticsupportedatomiser.Twomethodsofdeterminationareincludedinthestandard.Thetransferefficiencyvalueresultingfromtheapplicationofthisstandardprocedureexpressesthepotentialperformanceofatomisingandsprayingequipmentforcomparisonofdifferenttypesormodels.Thevaluemayormaynotbeattainedinuse,wheretheworkingconditionsandoperatorpracticearelikelytodifferfromthoseofthestandardtestmethod.Thedeterminedtransferefficiencyisvalidonlyinconjunctionwiththeparametersshowninthetestsummaryform,seeannexC.
