【摘要】:ThispartofCEN/TR14819specifiessafetyrecommendationsapplicabletothepreventionandfightingoffiresinfunicularrailwaysintunnelsthatmayendangerthehealthandsafetyofpersons.ThispartofCEN/TR14819coversthedesign,manufacture,construction,maintenanceandoperationofallfunicularrailwaysrunningintunnelsoflengthgreaterthan300morwheretheevacuationzonesaremorethan300mapart,anevacuationzonebeingcomparabletoastationfromthepointofviewofprotectingpassengersagainstfirerisks.Tunnelswiththesecharacteristicsarecalled"longtunnels"inthefollowing.Forshortertunnels,someofthesamemeasurescouldbeapplieddependingontheresultsoftheinstallationsafetystudyandtakingaccountparticularlyofthenumberofpassengersandthewidthoftheevacuationpassage.Withregardtothesefireproblems,itisessentialtotakeorganizationalmeasuresrelatingtooperation,butthesearenotcoveredinthisdocument
